In addition to composing, Ella is frequently workshopping, premiering, or performing new music for the cello. In the 2022-23 academic year, she premiered 18 new works by her peers on cello, ranging from classical, orchestral, contemporary, electroacoustic, jazz, pop, musical theatre, improvisatory, film scores, and other recording-based genres.
